Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, grated (if you want a stronger kick of garlic)

1 tbsp fresh parsle, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)

1 tbsp finely chopped chives

½ tsp salt

1 Loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup shredded parmigiano reggiano
Instructions
Prehead oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the olive oil, garlic (if adding), chopped herbs, and salt in a small bowl.
place the bread cut side up on the baking sheet and spoon the olive oil mixture evenly across both halves. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Slice into desired pieces, garnish with parsley, and serve!
