Garlic bread is a classic side perfect for nearly any season. Put a new twist on this family favorite by substituting the standard butter for some early-harvest Garlic Olive Oil.


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prehead oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic (if adding), chopped herbs, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. place the bread cut side up on the baking sheet and spoon the olive oil mixture evenly across both halves. Sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Slice into desired pieces, garnish with parsley, and serve!
