Our Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil takes center stage in any dish with its deliciously herbaceous flavors and a strong pepper finish. Ideal for dipping hunks of toasted sourdough bread and gorgeous when whisked into a dressing, this olive oil isn’t overpowering yet still offers bright, balanced flavor typical of an early harvest olive oil. This year’s harvest contains light aromas of lemon and green tea with hints of pine, eucalyptus, and freshly cracked black pepper on the palate.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil. Organically farmed and milled right at our Ranch in Petaluma, California, these Italian olives are grown with utmost care.
