Fantastic flavor
I recently visited McEvoy Ranch and had a tasting of many olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Beautiful ranch and wonderful tour! I was excited to order some products and recently got my shipment. We had a taste test last night with the basil olive oil as well as many others. They are all fantastic and I can't wait to use more in cooking and recipes.
Basil OO - Full of bright fresh basil flavor & So Versatile
We've been enjoying this flavor OO for years! I use it in egg scrambles w fresh basil and feta added; my pasta sauce; and nothing better than a pure drizzle on our favorite baguette with brie.

I purchased this for use on salads and caprese dishe...but we use it on so much more. We love it on Pasta, in tomato sauces, on pizza and even dipping with artichokes...YUM!
Makes every dish feel more special
I love McEvoy Ranch olive oil. The basil is perfect to finish off pasta dishes (especially in the winter when fresh basil in Colorado can be difficult to come by). If I could add one thing to the wish list it’s that the Jalapeño had a bigger kick.
