Our Certified Organic Basil Olive Oil will whisk you away to the garden with its bright, freshly plucked basil aroma and lingering, basil-forward taste. Using the traditional Agrumato Method, young and fresh basil leaves are combined with our early-harvest olives in our traditional stone mill to create a complex, herbaceous olive oil.

It pairs exceptionally well with balsamic vinegar as a bread dipping condiment or a topping for sliced tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. Drizzle over fresh pasta or pizza instead of pesto or freshly torn basil leaves.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil. Organically farmed and milled right at our Ranch in Petaluma, California, these Italian olives are grown with utmost care.
