Our 2024 Olio Nuovo is the first olive oil of the season, and is a quintessential early-harvest olio nuovo from Tuscan trees grown in California. Harvested and milled within hours, this year's Olio Nuovo is intense and rich, capturing an entire growing season in each sip. Available for an extremley limited time, don't miss our exquisite seasonal offering! 

Tasting Notes: The aroma is bright and green, smelling of freshly cut grass, artichoke, and tomato leaf; the taste brings even more freshness with green olive, green almond, and artichoke flavors. This olive oil has a subtle fruitiness with pronounced new-oil bitter notes.

Uses: Olio Nuovo can be enjoyed with every meal of the day. For breakfast, fry or scramble your eggs in Olio Nuovo, pour some on a crispy piece of warm toast, or toss lightly with a bowl of fruits and berries. For lunch, add Olio Nuovo to any soup or salad for a midday health boost. And for dinner, enjoy over a roast, on beans, or any rich and warm winter meal. 

Storage: Best consumed promptly and stored in the provided box, ensuing the olive oil is not exposed to light.
