- 2/25: Pickup Allocations processed (Must change your designation prior to this date)
- 3/1: Ranch Pick Up Begins (Members designated as PICK UP
- 3/11: Ship Allocations processed
- 3/18: Shipping Begins (Members designated as SHIP)
- 4/6: Ranch Pick Up Ends
- 4/9: Allocations not collected by pickup members will be moved to our warehouse in preparation for shipment; they are no longer available at the Ranch. Ship fee will be processed prior to shipment.
- 4/15: Allocations not collected by pickup members will begin to be automatically shipped to the BILLING ADDRESS on file. Should you require shipment to another address, please reach out by4/11.All Allocations that include wine require an adult signature upon delivery. Ship fee applies.

SOCIAL CLUB Membership Terms & Conditions
By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions of membership. Updated as of 2.17.25.
- • By becoming a Social Club Member, you are committed to at least one year of membership or 3 allocations.
- • Cancellation of your Social Club membership following Allocation shipment will result in a surcharge of $50 to be deducted from the full Allocation refund, assuming the return adheres to our return policy. NOTE: Ship fees are not refundable.
- • Allocations are automatically charged to the credit card on file and distributed three times per year (Spring Allocation: March | Summer Allocation: June | Fall Allocation: October). Prior to each Allocation, an email notification will be sent detailing the cost that will be charged, and the Pick Up or Ship distribution information. If you live locally, you can pick up your allocation at the Ranch during specified times. If you don’t live locally, we will ship you your Allocation. Ship fee applies.
- • A portion of the shipping charge will now be applied for all Allocations that are shipped domestically within the United States: The Estate $15+tax; The Vineyard $12+tax; The Orchard $10+tax. This applies to all Ship Members, as well as Pickup Members who do not pick up their Allocation during the designated pickup period. Shipping fees are subject to change.
- • Member Account: Social Club membership can be for an individual person (one name on the account) or a pair (two names on the account). The membership account can be registered under only one email address, and this account must be used to receive applicable member discounts.
- • Certify that you are 21 years of age or older (for club levels that contain wine).
- • The commitment is to purchase three automatic allocations.
- • You give permission to McEvoy Ranch to charge your credit card for each allocation at the time of release (three times per year).
- • Social Club membership renews automatically.
- • Social Club membership benefits are not transferable, and the member must be present at in-person ranch visits to accompany non-member guests.
- • Member is responsible for maintaining their account to keep information current (addresses, credit card, etc.).
- • Allocations are predetermined. No substitutions are allowed.
- • Discounts cannot be combined.
- • Wine is only shipped within California; The Orchard level is available to out-of-state members.
- • FedEx International ship rates apply for any Allocation shipped outside the U.S.
- • McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for damage caused by fluctuations in temperature during or after shipment.
- • Social Club Benefits and Membership Terms are subject to change without notice, and exclusions may apply.
