Donation Policy

Since the time of its establishment in 1990, McEvoy Ranch has maintained a strong commitment to supporting the local community by contributing to organizations such as:

  • MALT (Marin Agricultural Land Trust)
  • Marin Organic
  • COOC (California Olive Oil Council)
  • Strybing Arboretum
  • UCD - Robert Mondavi Institute
  • UCSC - Farm and Garden Program
  • Farm Trails
  • Petaluma Educational Foundation

To better serve our ever-increasing requests for sponsorships and product donations, we offer two donation options.

Donation Options

1-“10% Fund” McEvoy Ranch donates 10% of our Public Tour admission charges as monetary donations twice a year (June 1st and December 1st). Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the distribution date to be considered.
You will be contacted only if your organization has been selected. If your organization is not contacted, you are welcome to re-apply.

2- Product Donation Products from McEvoy Ranch can be requested for donation, but are subject to availability. Please submit your product donation request at least one month prior to your event date.
You will be contacted within one month of your submission date only if your request is approved.

Eligibility

Non-profit organizations in the Bay Area with a 501c status related to either:

  • Agriculture
  • Enviromental Sustainability
  • Food/Cooking

How to Apply

1- Complete the Donation Request Form (click here to download form.)
2- Official letter of request stating why McEvoy should donate to your organization.
3- Email as attachments both the Donation Request Form and an official letter of request to donations@mcevoyranch.com.  Both documents must be emailed together in order for your application to be considered.
